I should warn you however that ticket response time is about a week at the moment… I’m sure Blizzard is trying to clear the backlog but… that will take a certain amount of time. If you don’t remember the e-mail (and the password) for that Battle.Net account, you will need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket… account issues such as this cannot be adressed on the forums. If so, the CD-Keys would be still attached to the Battle.Net account on which they were redeemed. Is it possible that you have already claimed them ?
